Visitor Visa

A visitor visa is an official document that IRCC stick in your passport. It shows that you meet the requirements needed to enter Canada.

Work Permit

Work Permit is an official document that allows foreign nationals to work in Canada. Depending on applicant's circumstances they could be eligible to apply for either Open Work Permit or Employer-Specific Work Permit (Closed Work Permit).

Spousal Sponsorship - Family | In Canada Class

If you're a spouse, common-law or conjugal partner of a Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident or a person registered in Canada as an Indian under the Canadian Indian Act. Then you might be able to immigrate to Canada based on your relationship. Depending upon wether you are in Canada or overseas you might be able to apply for an open work permit.

Super Visa

A super visa lets you visit your children or grandchildren for up to 5 years at a time. It’s a visa that provides multiple entries for a period up to 10 years.

Post-Graduate Work Permit

After graduation from an eligible Canadian institute, if you want to gain valuable work experience in Canada, you could be eligible to apply for Post-Graduate Work Permit (PGWP). PGWP allows you to work in Canada for up to three years.

Labout Market Impact Assessment (LMIA)

LMIA is a program administered by Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) to assist Canadian employers with their labour shortages. There are multiple LMIA types under which you as a Canadian employer could benefit from this program.

Provincial Nominee Program

If you have the skills, education and work experience to contribute to the economy of a specific province or territory, and you want to live in there.

Then you could become permanent residents of Canada. Each province or territory has its own stream and requirements.

Citizenship

After living 3 (1,095 days) out of last 5 years and if you meet the other eligibilities you as a Permanent Residents could apply to become Canadian Citizen.

Depending upon your circumstances you could already be a Canadian Citizen. In these cases, you may still want to get proof of citizenship.

Study Permit

The study permit is a document that IRCC issue which allows foreign students to study in Canada. If you're a legal resident in certain countries, you may be able to get your study permit faster through Student Direct Stream (SDS).

Permit or Stay Extension

If you are in Canada as visitor, work or study permit holder that’s about to expire, you must apply to extend it. If you apply to extend your permit before it expires, you’re legally allowed to stay in Canada while IRCC process your  application.

Parents & Grandparents Sponsorship

PGP is a parents and grandparents sponsorship program which enables applicants to sponsor their parents and grandparents to live with them in Canada. Currently under this program applicants can apply only if they are invited by IRCC to apply.

Alantic Immigration Program

It is a pathway to permanent residence for skilled foreign workers and international graduates from a Canadian institution who want to work and live in 1 of Canada’s 4 Atlantic provinces—New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island or Newfoundland and Labrador.
